Eagle Vale Golf Club ("we," "us," "our"), through Clubhouse OS, offers an optional SMS messaging program to golfers who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and affirmative consent during check-in. These SMS Terms govern your participation in that program.
When you check in at Eagle Vale Golf Club and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your golf experience, including:
You opt in by entering your phone number into the Eagle Vale Golf Club check-in form and actively checking the consent box next to the phone number field.
No SMS messages will be sent unless you explicitly provide consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services or participating in golf activities at Eagle Vale Golf Club.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and participation during your golf experience. Most users will receive between 1 and 5 messages per round.
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Eagle Vale Golf Club does not charge for SMS messages.
Supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
